The presence of air in liquid lines can cause noise, corrosion and increased maintenance costs, and air locks which inhibit the operation of the system. Air is also a very real barrier to heat transfer efficiency.
Automatic Air Vents utilise a compact float and lever design to help eliminate air from the system.

The intercepting valve can be used in conjunction with the Automatic Air Vent.
This allows a faulty Air Vent to be replaced without having to drain the system.
